I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with the State of Ohio Counseling, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapy Board. 

 

My approach is client-centered using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-informed therapy.  I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. 

 

I enjoy working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds.  I have a background in school counseling with years of experience working with older children and adolescents.

 

I earned my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Duquesne University and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University.  I look forward to working collaboratively with you to reach your goals and improve your overall well-being.
