Elizabeth Williams LPC
Elizabeth is Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Dayton and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and History from Denison University.
She has worked in the mental health field for 4 years including experience at a community mental health agency and private practice. She approaches counseling in a client-centered way and looks forward to assisting and supporting clients to help them reach their goals.
Clients can expect Elizabeth to be warm, friendly, and challenging. Elizabeth values the collaborative therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. Elizabeth has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life stress, and life changes. She uses a multi-modal approach in session including CBT, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
