Gabby Silone, LPC
Gabby Silone is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Ohio. She attended The Ohio State University and earned her master’s degree in the clinical mental health counseling track. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Dayton.
Gabby works from an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on multiple modalities such as Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. Gabby’s style is focused on treating clients as a whole person, with a wide variety of experiences and identities. Gabby focuses on building warm and genuine relationships with clients, focusing on their unique strengths. She views counseling as a collaborative process between the therapist and the client.
Gabby has experience working with young adults and adults with a range of mental health concerns. She has specific experience working with college students, students with diverse abilities, adults with addiction/substance use concerns, and women (female identity related concerns).
Gabby enjoys spending time outside of work with loved ones, watching tv/movies, listening to music, reading, and trying new restaurants.
