Jenny Xu, CT

Jenny Xu (she/her/hers) is a counselor trainee working towards her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Ohio State University.

Jenny approaches therapy from a perspective of collaboration and believes in meeting people where they are. She aims to help clients gain insight and find healing by creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Using a person-centered lens, she works together with the client to address their individual needs and goals.

Jenny has experience working with children, teens, and adults. Her area of passion is working with clients from underserved backgrounds. During her free time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her cat, trying new foods, and fantasy shows.
