Casey Sleppy, LPCC-S

Casey is a licensed professional clinical counselor. She received her Master of Education in clinical mental health counseling from Kent State University.

She has experience working with teenagers and adults with a variety of issues.  These include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, work or school stress, anger management issues, and relationship conflict. She is passionate about helping others overcome barriers to their life goals, and encourages her clients to take care of themselves in addition to taking care of others in their lives.

Casey uses an eclectic approach to therapy, combining techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, and more to best suit client's needs. She meets clients where they are in their phase of life, and tailors her approach to their specific needs.

One of her favorite sayings is: you cannot fill another's cup if yours is empty. She stresses self-care and wellness practices to increase coping strategies in life.
