Heather Low, LISW
Heather Low is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University near Cleveland, and her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University.
Heather has worked with individuals and families with behavioral health and mental health needs since 2015, focusing on work with teenage populations. She uses techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, creative exercises, mindfulness strategies, and play therapy. She believes that a strong, positive therapeutic relationship is essential for empowering clients in their positive change throughout therapy.
