"My counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that life brings both challenges and opportunities for growth. I aim to provide a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. My approach is holistic and flexible, drawing from evidence-based practices to support healing, balance, and lasting well-being—emotionally, mentally, and beyond.
Using techniques from many research-based modalities, such as Radical Acceptance, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Existential/Logo-therapy, to name a few. I believe in constantly learning what is being researched and implementing new techniques when the situations call for it.
Received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University, with a minor in History, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capital University as I work toward licensure.
I’m excited to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever comes next!"
