Jasmine Lutz, LPCC

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.

My undergraduate degree was completed at the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice. I then went on to earn a Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Dayton

I am passionate about working with couples and clients who are struggling with the effects of stress and trauma.

My approach to therapy is based on the needs of my client. For couples therapy, my training in the Gottman Method, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Infidelity Recovery is used to address unhelpful patterns of communication or behavior impacting emotional trust, safety, and connection.

For individual therapy, various modalities (ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness) are utilized to address past trauma, present concerns, and unhelpful patterns of thought or behavior.

The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative process: I bring the skills and guidance, and you determine the direction and pace of therapy.

Through this partnership, you can gain awareness into how past experiences may be contributing to present circumstances. Together, we'll work to implement insights and create lasting solutions allowing you to live a life aligned with your values.

It’s my greatest privilege to be entrusted with your time, life, and story. I look forward to working alongside those ready for a fresh start; to renew hope in the ability to heal, grow, and take back control of your life.
