I am a strong advocate for providing psycho-education with a person-centered and strength-based approach. In addition to traditional counseling, I can also incorporate Christian counseling and spiritual guidance upon request. Areas of evidenced-based and evidence-informed practices I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
Mahsa is unique, uplifting, and firm in establishing the well-being of the self through empowerment and education. With the achievement of creating a strong therapeutic relationship, Mahsa helps clients feel safe and acknowledged.
