Mahsa is a Licensed Social Worker. Mahsa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University, and graduated with her Masters of Social Work from The Ohio State University (GO BUCKS!)

With five years of experience, Mahsa has provided outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling to adolescents and adults, and provided intensive therapy to at-risk youth in Franklin county in a community-based setting. Her current focus is on individual adults with concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I am a strong advocate for providing psycho-education with a person-centered and strength-based approach. In addition to traditional counseling, I can also incorporate Christian counseling and spiritual guidance upon request. Areas of evidenced-based and evidence-informed practices I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.

Mahsa is unique, uplifting, and firm in establishing the well-being of the self through empowerment and education. With the achievement of creating a strong therapeutic relationship, Mahsa helps clients feel safe and acknowledged.
