I specialize in Trauma/Complex Trauma/Grief, Bipolar and other mood disorders (including OCD), men's issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
My therapeutic approach is centered on your needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as solution-focused therapy (SFBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapy such as TF-CBT, Narrative Therapy, & EMDR.
I obtained my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2012 and am currently a doctoral candidate pursuing my Ph.D. in Psychology, with a focus on trauma and disaster recovery at National University.
