Meredith is a Licensed Social Worker with the state of Ohio. She received her Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University.

 

Meredith focuses on cognitive behavior therapy and has a passion for mindfulness and psycho-education.

 

She has worked with clients who are experiencing trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety.
