Suzanne Bogren, LPCC
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over two decades of experience. I support adults affected by anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, and dissociation.
Since 1998, I’ve been dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where clients can explore the roots of their emotional and behavior patterns, develop skills that fit their lifestyle, and foster self-compassion and empowerment. In my work, I draw from a variety of evidence-based treatments including but not limited to:
• EMDR (which helps process and integrate traumatic memories)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (which focuses on identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns)
• Solution-Focused Therapy (which emphasizes your strengths and resources to build practical solutions)
• Somatic Processing (which engages the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal)
My clients often describe their experiences with me as a balanced blend of humor, therapy, and compassionate support. When not working, I find the perfect cup of coffee can make the day a little bit brighter, clarity can be discovered in tranquil early mornings, and there's something utterly fascinating about unraveling a good whodunit mystery.
So, whether you're a fellow sunrise chaser or someone who prefers not to see the morning light until 11:00 a.m., I’d love to connect and support you on your therapy path.
